VHP's call to declare India as Darul Aman.. Is it possible ???

Recently VHP and the Dharma Raksha Manch, a congregation of Hindu leaders, sent letters to Muslim Imams and other Islamic Organisations in India requesting them to issue a fatwa declaring India as Darul Aman (A land of peace) and Hindu's as not Kafirs.

First lets try to understand what is meant by these terms Darul Aman, Kaffir and Islamic State.

Darul Aman is a country (A Non-Islamic State) which has an accord with the Islamic state wherein the Muslims can worship and practice their religion, trade and daily chores freely without oppression or fear.
Its a country where Muslims are treated as equals with the other citizens and are given equal rights, respect and are treated with dignity and honour.

A Kaffir is the one who doesnt believe and follow the principles and guidelines of Islam and the teachings of Allah (SWT) and His Prophet (SAW) and doesnt have Imaan on Allah (SWT) and His Messenger Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and all that has been revealed by Allah (SWT) including the Quran and other books.

An Islamic State is a state which is being ruled by a Caliph and follows the Islamic Economic, Social, Education, Foriegn Affairs and Law system (i.e Shariah) as a whole.
Many of Muslim Brothers wont even know that Islam has its own Economic, Social and Education System because we never try to learn or know about these things nor are we told by our Imams about these things.

So the question that arises here is that can the Imams declare such a fatwa declaring India as Darul Aman and Hindu's or any other people of other faiths as not Kaffirs.

Well from the above definitions it should be very much clear that they cant declare such a fatwa.
Firstly if we look at today's world then there is no State or country which can be Declared as Islamic State in its true sense, despite there being numerous Muslim countries.

From the past history it is very much clear that Muslims in India have not been treated fairly.
They have been attacked several times in the form of roits or harrassment and continue to be treated as such. And VHP who is calling for such a fatwa itself has been responsible for such attacks. We all know and have seen over the years that VHP has always been Anti-Islamic in its nature.
Muslims in India have been termed as a minority which is kind of absurd when a nation terms as its own citizens as minority giving them a sense of insecurity.
We can see that whenever anything bad happens Muslims are the first to be blamed, arrested and tortured in India and around the world.

So its totally out of question to declare India as Darul Aman.

The Non-Believers have been termed as Kaffirs by none other than Allah (SWT) Himself.
So it wont be possible for any Imam to refute what Allah has said because in doing so the Imam will automatically not remain Muslim anymore and also such a fatwa will never be valid.

Allah Says "It is not for a believer man or women, when Allah (SWT) and His Messenger Prophet Muhammad (SAW) have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision, and whosoever disobeys Allah (SWT) and His Messenger Prophet Muhammad (SAW) he has indeed strayed in plain error", Al Ahzab 36.

So the VHP's request to Imams to declare India as Darul Aman and Hindu's as not Kaffir's is totally absurd and irrational.
